Credentials
What you can check for yourself.
Registered in Malaysia
Silver Boundaries Sdn Bhd, company number 983277-H, registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
An appointed HRD Corp RPEL provider
Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning is HRD Corp's national scheme, not a product of ours. We are one of the providers appointed to deliver it. We are also an HRDC Registered Training Provider, so the programme can be claimed against an employer's levy. We have been delivering with HRDC since 2016.
Approved Centre for three awarding organisations
NCFE, TQUK and Highfield Qualifications. That approval is what allows us to assess your evidence and award a qualification benchmarked against Ofqual level descriptors. Without that approval, we could only issue a certificate of our own.
How we work
Assessed by qualified people, start to finish.
Every portfolio is assessed by a qualified assessor working to the published criteria. You deal with the same person from application through to award.
One named assessor, from start to finish
They tell you what evidence counts for your role, review what you gather, and conduct the professional discussion at the end. If they are not satisfied, they say so and tell you what is missing.
You only pay after we confirm you qualify
Your application is assessed before any payment is taken. If the experience is not there yet, or your employer specifically needs a qualification we do not offer, you hear that at the start, not after you have committed.
Clients
Trusted since 2016.
Hospitality groups, manufacturers, schools and the Malaysian Armed Forces, all building recognised qualifications with Silver Boundaries.

Recognition
What this qualification is, and is not.
The Level 4 Diploma in Leadership & Management is an accredited qualification, benchmarked against Ofqual level descriptors and awarded by our partner awarding organisations NCFE, TQUK and Highfield Qualifications.
Ofqual does not regulate it. It is not an RQF qualification, so it does not give you direct entry to universities in the United Kingdom. It is not accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency. If your employer or your next course requires one of those specifically, this is not the right route and we will tell you so.
What it is: a qualification that 1,350 Malaysians now hold, and that our partner universities can recognise for credit transfer towards further study.
If anything above raises a question, ask us before you apply, not after.
