- Eligibility quiz responses: your years of experience, role or supervisory level, field of work, and your goal for the qualification.
- Contact details: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and email address (where provided).
- Enrolment and assessment information, if you proceed: details relevant to your experience and the evidence you submit.
- Technical information: basic, non-identifying data such as your browser type and pages visited, used to keep the website working.
2. How we collect it
We collect personal data directly from you when you complete the eligibility quiz, submit an enquiry form, or contact us through WhatsApp, email or phone. Form submissions on this website are handled by our website and form-processing provider on our behalf.
3. How we use your data
We use your personal data to: assess your indicative eligibility; respond to your enquiry and contact you about the Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL) programme; prepare quotations and check possible HRD Corp levy funding; deliver and administer assessment and certification if you enrol; and meet our legal, regulatory and quality-assurance obligations.
4. Disclosure of your data
We may disclose your personal data, only as necessary for the purposes above, to: our partner awarding organisations in the United Kingdom (for assessment moderation and certification); HRD Corp and relevant authorities (for funding and reporting); partner universities (only if you ask us about progression pathways); and trusted service providers who support our website, communications and operations. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Transfers outside Malaysia
Because our partner awarding organisations are based in the United Kingdom, certification-related data may be transferred outside Malaysia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled with a comparable level of protection.
6. Retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by our partner awarding organisations, HRD Corp, or applicable law. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it.

We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the information you share with us.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA, you may request access to or correction of your personal data, limit how it is processed, or withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. Withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to continue assessing your eligibility or providing the service.
9. Cookies and analytics
This website remembers your language preference in your browser. It also uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages people read and where they stop, which is how we judge whether our advertising is worth the money. Google sets cookies and receives your IP address to work out roughly where you are. We never send it your name, your phone number, or anything you type into the eligibility check. Blocking analytics in your browser changes nothing about how the site works for you.
