RPEL is HRD Corp's scheme, not one company's product. Providers are appointed to deliver it, and they award through different bodies.

We award a Level 4 Diploma in Leadership & Management, accredited by our partner awarding organisations NCFE, TQUK and Highfield Qualifications.
Other routes award differently
The route built on Department of Skills Development standards awards the Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia. Same scheme, different qualification at the end of it.
