Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Qualify.my website and your engagement with the Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning ("RPEL") service. Qualify.my is the programme brand of Silver Boundaries Sdn Bhd (Company No. 983277-H), a company registered in Malaysia and an HRD Corp Registered Training Provider ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or enquiring about our service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
RPEL is an assessment route, not a taught course. We assess your existing professional competence through a portfolio of evidence drawn from your work, leading to an accredited Level 4 Diploma in Leadership & Management. The Diploma is accredited by one of the three UK awarding organisations we are an Approved Centre for, NCFE, TQUK and Highfield Qualifications, and is benchmarked against Ofqual level descriptors. It is not an Ofqual-regulated or RQF qualification and carries no direct entry to UK universities. The qualification is not accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
2. Eligibility check
The eligibility quiz on this website provides an indicative result only. It is not an offer of enrolment, a guarantee of eligibility, or a guarantee that a qualification will be awarded. Final eligibility is determined by a qualified assessor after reviewing your evidence.
3. Enrolment, fees and funding
Fees depend on your circumstances and are confirmed in a written quotation before you enrol. Where your employer contributes to the HRD Corp levy, your programme may be eligible for funding, subject to HRD Corp approval and the applicable scheme rules. We do not control HRD Corp decisions and cannot guarantee funding outcomes. The specific commercial terms of your enrolment, including payment and cancellation arrangements, are set out in your enrolment agreement, which prevails over these Terms in the event of any conflict.
4. Assessment and outcomes
Award of the qualification depends on you demonstrating the required competence through valid, authentic and sufficient evidence, assessed against the relevant qualification standard. We do not guarantee that any particular learner will be awarded a qualification. Assessment decisions, quality assurance and certification are subject to the rules of the relevant Awarding Organisation.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to submit evidence that is your own and genuine, and to participate in the assessment process in good faith. Submitting falsified, plagiarised or misrepresented evidence may result in withdrawal from the programme without refund and, where required, notification to the Awarding Organisation.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and the Qualify.my and Silver Boundaries names, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
7. Third-party links and services
This website may link to third-party services, including WhatsApp and our partner awarding organisations and universities. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.
8. Limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your current use of the website.
